Not one thing.

The place met my requirements, and I enjoyed the beachfront location during my 7-night stay there.

The hotel was in a WONDERFUL location near to the centre as well as a restaurant. The staff was helpful and helped with the free parking. The room was comfy and the bed there was comfortable.

Enjoyed good bathroom and cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea making equipment in our quadruple room. The staff were both very friendly and excellent. The location was great and the free parking was on-site...

The beachfront location is wonderful. The property employees are really helpful. The bed & breakfast is within easy walking distance of the Church of the Living Word.

Convenient Location: This place is just a stone's throw away from the malecon promenade, making it easy to take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront. Plus, there's a cool spot called Water's Edge Bistro about 1 mile from here for chilling with drinks 🍹.

The location is great, close to everything. It is near a safe residential area with a beautiful ocean view. the view from the property is incredibly beautiful. Our room was exceptionally comfortable.

Room is tidy and has a TV with lots of channels. It has a small fridge stocked with drinks, and you can make yourself tea or coffee. Plus, the view of the ocean from here is absolutely awesome! the bathroom for private use is also nice. 🌊

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the stunning scenery every morning. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We also appreciated the effort made to accommodate our pets by saving us a parking spot close to our room. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historic center and the malecon. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom and Wi-Fi, our overall experience at Hill House Mazatlan - Bed & Breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.
